- Bhang Masala Chai
Process the powder and add it to a mix of simmering water, milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom pods, black peppercorns, ginger and oil. Strain and cool the mixture and add cream + tea to it. High tea, anyone?
