The Indian alliance promises to implement ‘five assurances’ in Maharashtra. Rahul Gandhi
November 9 (4Sides Tv), Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, claimed on Saturday that the party has kept all of its election-related pledges, whether they were in Karnataka, Telangana, or Himachal Pradesh, following a dispute that broke out over “poll guarantees.” He reaffirmed that the “five guarantees” that the INDIA alliance had given will also bring about improvements in Maharashtra.
In a criticism of the BJP-led NDA partnership, Rahul Gandhi claimed that they were making “false allegations” against the Congress for failing to keep its pledges.
INDIA Alliance Promises Change in Maharashtra with Five Key Assurances
“In July 2022, PM Modi misled the country by calling Congress’s public welfare schemes ‘free revdi,'” Rahul Gandhi stated in a social media post on X. However, they are using their slips on the guarantees provided by the Congress to campaign in every state and the nation, then accusing the Congress of not keeping its word. Our objective, Modiji, is to visit Karnataka and explore the state; we have kept all of our commitments. In Karnataka, the Congress’s programs have improved the lives of millions of women, young people, farmers, and the impoverished. Additionally, we have kept our word in Himachal and Telangana. And with its five promises, India is now going to make significant changes in Maharashtra as well.
According to Rahul Gandhi, the five assurances will provide people with the means to combat “BJP-induced inflation and unemployment.”
He added that all Maharashtra communities would be liberated from oppression and given a means of living with dignity thanks to India’s five guarantees.
The tweet went on to say, “These programs will boost people’s standard of living, increase their access to healthy food and education, and give them the strength to combat BJP-induced unemployment and inflation.” It has been tried and tested, which is why I say this with such confidence. Today, the Mahalakshmi scheme of the Congress benefits 1.21 crore women in Karnataka. Every region of Maharashtra will be liberated from the maze of injustice and given a means of living with dignity thanks to India’s five guarantees.
At a joint rally in Mumbai on November 6, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) made five promises in front of the Maharashtra assembly elections.
Rahul Gandhi declared the women’s Mahalakshmi Yojana. One woman from each family will receive Rs 3,000 per month under this initiative. Additionally, under the program, all women will be eligible for free bus transportation.
Five Pledges by INDIA Alliance to Tackle Inflation and Unemployment in Maharashtra
All farmers’ agricultural loans up to Rs 3 lakhs would be waived, according to the MVA’s pledge. Additionally, the alliance government is going to offer a Rs 50,000 incentive for consistent debt payback.
The partnership also pledged to work toward lifting the 50% reservation ban and announced intentions to conduct a caste census.
Additionally, all families would receive Rs 25 lakh in health insurance from the MVA government, and hospitals will supply free vital medications.
Assistance of Rs 4,000 per month to the state’s jobless youngsters is part of the fifth guarantee.
Elections for the Maharashtra Assembly will take place on November 20. The 288 constituencies will be counted on November 23.
The BJP secured 105 seats, the Shiv Sena 56, and the Congress 44 in the 2019 assembly elections. The Congress won 42 seats, the Shiv Sena 63, and the BJP 122 in 2014.
Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress party, has declared that the INDIA alliance would carry out its “five guarantees” in Maharashtra. Speaking in Mumbai, he emphasized that, in spite of claims by the BJP-led NDA that the Congress does not fulfill its obligations, the Congress has continuously fulfilled its promises in states like Karnataka, Telangana, and Himachal Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi claimed that by addressing “BJP-induced inflation and unemployment,” these pledges would enhance the quality of life for Maharashtra residents.
