The Dossier Center has revealed the contents of a secret complex owned by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This information was published in the Moscow Times and shows that the complex is located in the Republic of Karelia, near the Russian border and approximately 30 kilometers from Finland. The complex consists of three modern buildings situated at Marjalahati Bay, along with two helipads and facilities for docking luxury boats. The complex also includes a system for providing quality beef and spans an area of one square kilometer, as observed in drone footage. Additionally, the Dossier Center has disclosed that the complex features a nearby waterfall, allegedly obtained illegally from Ladoga Skerries National Park. Despite tight security and 24-hour patrolling, the company has not revealed how they were able to capture drone footage. Russian authorities claim that construction of the complex began less than a decade ago under Putin’s orders.
